EyeSellSpecs Terms & Conditions
- All items are quoted FOB and/ ex-works.
- Our sunglasses will not be shipped without full payment being cleared into the Eyefixspecs (Pty) Ltd bank account.
- Prices are charged in South African Rands (ZAR).
- All prices advertised are fixed and non-negotiable.
- If you are importing our sunglasses from outside of South Africa, you are solely responsible for freight and customs duties.
- Eyesellspecs does not offer monetary refunds. Only online store credits and exchanges are permitted, provided your item is being returned within the framework of our return policy.
- Returns can only be made within 7 days of your purchase being received.
- Returns will not be accepted if the condition of the sunglasses are not the same as its original state that it was received in.
- Due to the nature of the business, Sale and/or discounted sunglasses are not eligible for return.
EyeFixSpecs Terms & Conditions
By sending your spectacles to EyeFixSpecs, you accept all terms and conditions as amplified below:
- The customer needs to package the spectacles in a protective box, and bubble-wrapped.
- EyeFixSpecs will ship the repaired spectacles in a protective bubble-wrapped box.
- EyeFixSpecs takes no responsibility of any damages and losses that could occur while shipping your spectacles.
- Please take note of all scratches on lenses and frames as EyeFixSpecs does not take any responsibility for scratches, chips, wear and tear, misuse or accidental damage on your spectacle frames and lenses.
- On receipt of the spectacles, EyeFixSpecs will immediately contact you should we find issues as stipulated in clause 4 above.
- No repairs will be returned until full payment for repairs and shipping has been received.
- EyeFixSpecs is not liable for any loss of property or damages claimed by client.
- EyeFixSpecs gives a 3-month guarantee on repairs done.
EyeFixSpecs reserves its right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time without further notice.
