The Process

  • Step 1 - Request a Quote

    Upload a photo & description of the damaged area. Await the quote & ETA for the repair.

  • Step 2 - Approve & Pay

    Approve the quote. On receipt of your payment a courier will be despatched to collect the damaged eyeware from your address. You may also reject the quote.

  • Step 3 - Pack & Send

    Pack the eyewear in a sturdy glasses case and place in a small box or protective wrapping eg. bubble wrap or paper for collection from our courier.

  • Step 4 - Get Notified

    We send you a notification when we receive your damaged eyewear and when we send it back to you, repaired and rejuvenated!
